Sundeep articled in Vancouver, British Columbia with a national Canadian law firm where he worked primarily on corporate/securities law and was involved in a number of significant commercial transactions.

Currently, Sundeep Chauhan is Vice President & General Counsel to the Neighbouring Rights Collective of Canada (NRCC), a non-profit collective which administers the rights of performers and makers of sound recordings. A member of the Executive Management Team, Sundeep leads the Legal Affairs Department. As General Counsel, Sundeep appeared before the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage with respect to its statutory review of the Copyright Act.
